Kabla Veterinary DX in partnership with American manufacturer Nova Biomedical is pleased to introduce Stat Profile Prime Vet, a next-generation Critical Care Veterinary Analyzer that uses Nova’s innovative maintenance-free sensor card technology for a smaller, faster analyzer and less expensive.
Prime Vet offers a statistical menu of 10 pH, PCO2, PO2, Na, K, Cl, Ca, Glu, Lac, and Hct tests, offering veterinary providers the opportunity to improve profitability through internal diagnostics. Veterinary providers can also take advantage of Prime Vet’s open data interface and optional data management system to optimize billing.
Prime Vet’s maintenance-free technology consists of a single MicroSensor Card ™ containing all sensors with a 32 day shelf life and a reagent cartridge containing all calibration reagents. The MicroSensor card and reagent cartridge are maintenance-free and can be easily replaced in seconds. This design optimizes the useful life of each one, improves the uptime of the analyzer and reduces costs.
Prime Vet’s Clot Block ™ sample flow path protects the MicroSensor card from blockages and downtime caused by blood clots. Comprehensive quality monitoring is accomplished through automated quality control that verifies analyzer accuracy and precision in analyzed fluid controls, and supplemental quality monitoring that electronically monitors the correct performance of all analytical components for each analysis .
